This beach beauty is located in the second row in the heart of Beachtown which sits at the eastern tip of Galveston Island. Its convenient location is only minutes away from the Strand District (home to a wide variety of shops, historical points of interest, art galleries, museums, and many top-rated restaurants) and Pier 21 (a waterfront entertainment and dining area) and, of course, the Gulf of Mexico. Upon entering the home, at second level, there is a foyer with an easy bench to enjoy private time with a book, meditating, taking a private phone call, or simply resting. One of the bedrooms, with a private bath, is also located on this level and has French doors that open onto the wrap-a-round porch with a beach view. The bath offers a glass surround shower with a 6-setting showerhead for relaxation. An elevator awaits to take you up to the 3rd floor where you will discover breath taking views of the beach. The home is designed with an open concept that joins the living room, dining area and kitchen together. This design has vaulted ceilings adorned with custom wood and beams. The living area has a large, mounted TV and a fireplace surrounded with natural sunlight and beach views. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to enjoy cooking and catching up with family and friends. The marble island comes with barstools so that the chef does not miss out on conversations. The bedroom with custom built-in bunks is located on this level along with another bedroom that has a queen-sized bed. All three bedrooms offer mounted TVs for your entertainment.
